They called me up yesterday to appologise and offer me £45 plus a pushed forward (28th Sept) fix date. If it's not ready by then they get another £45 fine.
I'd rather have my phone (working) back but I guess it could have been worse.
I've also cancelled my direct debit. They're not getting a penny more from me until I have my fixed phone.
