There are so many things wrong with this story...
-'The dog, called Asbo' :- what the fcuk!
-'The men were trying to hit the dog with a fire extinguisher' :- because that's handy. Wasn't it holding a baby in it's mouth???
-'Eventually a man came on to the green in a pickup truck and tried to run the dog over' :- wasn't it still holding the baby???
-'The dog went berserk and started chasing the man in the truck down the road. ' : - the man was in a truck. What could the dog possibly do???
The owner should have been the one that was shot.
