April was complaining that Dyson were taking ages in delivering a spare part for our 'hoover' which has stopped working. I suggested that they were probably inundated with orders due to the Christmas rush.
"Happy Christmas my love, here's that replacement hoover part you've always wanted..."
It's now arrived, so April is very happy. Or at least our cleaner will be.
