Then I remembered I did this earlier.
After that I had a 2.5 hour one on one mortgage application meeting. Urgh, that certainly didn't help. All good though.

Today is the 10th anniversary of my blog. Who'd have thought I'd have kept it up for quite so long?
Just dropped the car off to get serviced. Mot too. £480 bargain... Let's hope they don't find anything wrong with it. Or that we need new tyres.
We had to renew its tax a couple of weeks ago. Another £475, so no more please. At least the insurance kept about the same at a very reasonable £280.
Finally. With a little struggle with one of the owners they finally accepted our offer.
A couple of weeks ago on the way into work I saw a guy in a suit fall off skate board whilst commuting. I couldn't control myself and laughed out loud. Another guy in front of me turned around, looked at me and chuckled.
I do like a bit of slapstick.
Still waiting on our latest and final house offer.
Now they want to know what our chain is like from our agents. Quick? Yes, they're practically cash buyers.
Also, have we got an approved mortgage? Yes, our mortgage providers will lend us an extra £250k if need be (couldn't afford to do much else other than pay mortgage ate that level though).
Come on!
... copy my files.
Just been told by our IT department that rather than doing a simple copy and paste of 2TBs of data I should use a programme called Robocopy.
Not used it yet but great name!
One last attempt, then I think it's pretty much us renting. Boo! Although there's a long shot on the best street in Tonbridge that we're viewing on Saturday.
Another dead man house!
I'm much better at ticket to ride than small worlds. I won on my second attempt. Still haven't won at small worlds 2.
Will our offer get accepted? I bloody hope so. I don't fancy being homeless.
Just started watching Krod Mandoon again. Missed most of it first time out. Pretty funny.
Not only is David Moyes still in a job at the end of the 14/15 season, he also won manager of the year after winning the league. Maybe the real Utd board should pay attention, after all he did beat me and the mighty Liverpool along the way.
We don't think the agents managed to put our house offer through to the owners on Saturday. Doh! And we didn't get a reply back from them today. Doh, doh!
The agent didn't think our offer was bad so fingers crossed.
Started watching adventureland this morning and felt it was a bit weird. The story kept jumping all over the place. I was pulling into the station and the credits started, only 45 mins in. According to my player it still had halfway to go. Checking further on in the file there were loads of further scenes.
I knew it wasn't right, there was something wrong with the recording. Doh! I did feel it was weird with what seemed like a pulp fiction style scene switching.
I think it must have been a security feature on the DVD to stop recording.
We're off to see 4 more houses today. Hopefully we'll progress towards not being homeless in less than 2 months.
One's a mock Tudor style house close to the station, another's a large house at the too end of south Tonbridge. The next it's a real Tudor gate house just outside of Tonbridge but still within one mile of the station and lastly one we saw last Saturday. A huge town house house to Tonbridge castle.
That's April's favourite but it is expensive and also needs money spent on it.
A big thanks to April's friend Dee for passing on some extra wedding photos. He, he, he! Sorry Ross.
Rib night with April's team in a pub just off Tower Bridge. Yum, yum, yum. Quite a good team bonding exercise really. Once you've seen each other eat ribs there are no more secrets.
Note: There were four pigs killed in the making of this blog post and they were lovely. Thank you.
If you're free on Sunday 20th April pop along to the Punch and Judy to see Shaheen's debut performance for the Swallows. If you need to stay over let me know m
We've had our first bite from the house buying leaflets that April put out on Sunday. By the looks of it they only bought it a year ago. Either something's wrong with the build (it's an old house that has been fully redeveloped) or they're having trouble paying the mortgage or it could be any reason...
It was last sold at the lower end of our budget do we may regret not stretching ourselves.
Lots to think about though.
The sign is finally up. We've looked at a few more houses and seen one we like but there's a lot to do before we consider putting in an offer. Keep looking in the meantime.
There are a few standard apps installed that are in Korean that keep popping up on my notice bar. I can't uninstall them so it's fairly annoying.
There's a Korean girl in my office that's on maternity leave that may be able to turn off the notifications.
Edit: I think HTC is from Taiwan, not Korea. Oops.
Only problem is, we need to be out by mid June. Which unless we can find a chain free house very, very soon we''ll have to go back to renting till something we want pops up.
The HTC messages widget seems to have disappeared. Anybody know of a good one I can use?
It is however nice and fast.
Just got my fancy new phone. Yeah! And it's just about copied all my shit across without me needing to do anything.
Somebody left a plum on my desk this morning. Is someone trying to tell me something?
3 viewings so far. 4 booked in for Saturday. No offers yet. Not sure what to think yet, not sure if it's good or bad. We shall see. 7 viewings in less than a week can't be bad though can it?
The house has been on the market for less than a day and we've had one viewing and 4 more booked in.
No feedback yet but fingers crossed.
