I've now been kicked out of the 2nd reception room. It's been varnished so it's still a little damp and sticky.

So last night I listened to the football in my pub. Surprisingly the Wi-Fi reaches all the way from the front of the house.

What a retard

I received a new cash card in the post yesterday so cut up my old one.

I need cash this morning so used it for the first time. I felt it was a bit strange as it asked me a few other questions. Only when I withdrew the card I took a look and noticed it was a new credit card. Doh.

Now I nave no debit card!

I slummed it by going to Sainsburys on Monday as we needed to pick up some booze for the party. Wondering round the place I spotted my favorite flavoured rice that I used to eat as a student 15 years ago.

Yesterday's fun

Yesterday was a long one. Up early to pick up a couple of bits for the new house in a big van. Then off to a rugby friend's new house in the middle of nowhere. Here are some geese on the road.

Sunday's work

We popped to the tip again on Sunday as we had loads of debris from the carpet removal. After that we went to our local car boot sale where we picked up a garden strimmer for £8.

After that we did a couple of hours in the garden followed by a bit of burning.

Saturday's job

On Saturday I finished taking up all the carpet gripper from the stairs then proceeded to rip up the carpet in the living room.

We also got a new metal tv stand too. Pretty cool.
