Finally, a pub at Cannon Street
They've been promising one for the past 4 or 5 years. I missed my train last night because the pub I was in was too far away from the station. This should mean that no longer happens. Now to convince my friends to only drink there.

I had a few beers in the pub at Waterloo station on Thursday night and who did i ser looking for a seat with a cheeky pint?
Josh Widdecombe.
We've also seen Tubes from Soccer AM in there too.
What more could you want? Celebrity spot plus 20% off beer with the bite card.
Games day today
Should be a fun day. The plan is...

Canary Wharf from the 10th floor
Here's a photo of Canary Wharf from the Lloyd's building. A very nice day, if a little bit freezing!

My new gluggle jug
We went to Hix a couple of weeks ago and I really liked the water jug we had on our table.
When we got home a googled fish jug and it turns out they're quite popular. £10 later on eBay I'd preferred my very own.
They're called gluggle jugs as they make a satisfying gurgle every time they're used.

I could do with this now
I found a greasy spoon near April's hospital last week and it really did the trick. I could really do with another now.
Well, my cold has lasted till the weekend.

Bloody cold
Just not enough to justify not going into work tomorrow. I'd better be over it by the weekend!
Hmm... Train's getting busier
Train's seem to be a little busier this year. Is it something to do with the London Bridge refurbishment?

Last night
It's April's last night out for a little while so I took her out to Hix in Soho again. We got there a little early so stopped in a Sam Smith's pub for a couple before hand. Good old pub but full of tourists.
The food was great but the service could have been improved. All good though.
That was a tough game
Who'd have thought vets rugby would be tough? We lost 5-6! Doh!
Unfortunately there forwards were much better than ours. Boo.
Not much you can do in the backs when you get no ball.
First vets game today
Should be fun. And as an additional bonus is now a home game and not in Maidstone.
