I bought one of these for the cats this Christmas. It's Biscuits favourite toy. Somehow, somewhere she's managed to find another.

I still can't put my wedding ring on after injuring my finger in Saturday's game.

It does fit on other fingers but not well so don't want to lose it.  It feels really weird not wearing it as it's been on for the past 3 years.

Great band night

We ended up staying over in London on Wednesday night.

We went for a nice Italian meal near Archway tube before heading to see Rouge's single launch at Nambucca.

Great band, great night.

A 4 piece girl band playing heavy rock. Great tunes and great vocals.

New haircut

The ladies razor droid in our shower has a new haircut.

New wine rack

New wine rack for the house. Who said I drink all the alcohol in the house as soon as I buy it? Even I would struggle with 16.33 bottles in one night. 

Band night

We went to see a band called Slaves last night. Very good.

2 piece drummer/singer and a guitar player. Very energetic.

New game's arrived

My new game's arrived, although shortly after bidding on eBay I received an email from a games company selling the same game for cheaper when delivered. Doh!

Brief scare

I've got new ear buds for my headphones and upon taking them off for the first time this morning one of them stayed put in my ear.

Yikes!

Luckily I was able to get it out. It was a close call with my fat broken fingers though.

Bloody git

A couple of years ago I applied for something called a bite card. This entitled you too 20% of food and drink at certain shops at certain stations. Including certain pubs.

6 months ago they dropped this discount down to 10%.  A friend of mine received an email saying that his too was dropping down to 10% except for the boss which remained at 20%.

Until now I didn't believe him.

I wrote a letter to the company that administered it and they've just got back to me.

Apparently it's because I use my bite card less than 50% If the time on booze. Doh! I also use it for my tea in the morning. If only I want so tight!

Poppet being very cheeky. About as cheeky as Biscuit was yesterday when she stole a slice of pizza from the box.

CCTV cats

One of the actuaries at work has a live stream connection to a camera in her bedroom. Keep it clean...

It's not used as a security feature, it's there too keep an eye on her cat who sleeps there during the day.

I originally thought it was just a background picture on her second monitor but then it moved.

I'd like to have one set up at our house but generally speaking have have work on my second screen.

I saw Tonbridge station cat again last night on the easy home from work.

He's got wood

Our next shed load of wood has been delivered. Now to convince April to help me stack it...

All quiet on the transfer front

I can't see Liverpool buying anyone anyway. Nobody big by the sounds of it.  We could do with another Suarez or two

It's -3 in Tonbridge tonight. Brr... Good job we're getting more wood delivered on Tuesday as we've very nearly ran out.

Win!!! We beat the league leaders yesterday

We beat Old Gravesendians yesterday in perhaps the coldest game i've every played.  Brrr.  Great game by all of the 4th team.  Old Gravesendians were top of the league with 100% win record until they faced us in the return leg.
