We've had a few major issues with the Jukebox since it arrived back in September (ordered November 21). It was damaged on arrival which has now been fixed, but we've also had 3 or 4 software issues too.
There's an IT guy remotely looking at it now but we're very close to having to send it back.
If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. And £9k is a lot of money sitting there blowing bubbles.
