I made my first chicken katsu curry on Saturday. Not from scratch, but I think it was a good representation of what I used to enjoy in the city in the Japanese Canteen chain. There's a place on Tonbridge High Street that does a very good version too.

Lot's of work to do it all from scratch so I think this is much better use of my time.
