Should have kept my mouth shut

I told a friend yesterday that I was on the mend after my recent illness.  I received a call at 9 this morning asking me to help him move his house as someone who was supposed to help has fallen through! Urgh.  They're having a large extension on their house and are having to rent for a few months whilst that gets done.  Hopefully there's not too much to do as i'm not quite there yet.

Looks like we'll have to change fields

 My u6 mini rugby field looks a little water logged this morning, Looks like we'll have to shift over a pitch or two for the first session of the year this Sunday.

First time out of the house since Christmas Eve!

 This was my first proper time out of the house since Christmas Eve.  Still not 100 but a vast improvement.

I think I'm as light as I've ever been right now

 I weighed in at 87.4kg this morning and I think it's as light as I've ever been whilst an adult. It even seems strange with the first number not starting with a 9! 

My contract has ended

 So I'm officially unemployed from tomorrow. Let's hope something interesting comes along soon. I've managed to blag some sort of retention bonus as part off my last extension negotiations so I have one more pay check (a bit more than a month's salary) so not worried yet... The mini break will be nice so looking forward to that. 

I'm feeling much better

 I'm been feeling much better these past couple of days. I'm still not 100% but I'm definitely on the mend. I missed new years eve round a friend's (stayed in on my own) but managed a couple of glasses of fizz.
